Booking & Cancellation Policy
A card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, or no‑shows, may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
We understand that emergencies happen, and we reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion.
